Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We're looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You'll be the voice of Boxify, helping customers with inquiries, tracking, and ensuring exceptional delivery experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Track and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Coordinate with delivery partners and riders
- Maintain customer satisfaction standards
- Process refunds and escalations
- Update customer records in our system
Requirements:
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Patient, empathetic, and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with technology and software
- Ability to work in shifts
- Based in Abuja or willing to relocate
