Service Description

Boxify provides delivery and logistics services across Nigeria, including same-day and interstate delivery options. We connect senders with delivery partners to facilitate package transportation.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Boxify, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Package items securely and appropriately
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not ship prohibited or illegal items
• Pay for services in accordance with our pricing

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being shipped through Boxify:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Hazardous materials
• Weapons and ammunition
• Live animals
• Perishable goods (unless specifically arranged)
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

Liability and Insurance

While we take utmost care in handling your packages, Boxify's liability is limited to the declared value of the package or ₦50,000, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased. We recommend purchasing insurance for valuable items.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances of your delivery. Please contact customer support for refund requests. Cancellations made before pickup may be eligible for a full refund.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
